Prior to Export of the ordered commodity, a pre-despatch inspection is necessary by the buyer or a third party inspector. It is practically difficult to check all items, which may be thousands of items. For convenience, the inspector will go by AQL ( Acceptable Quality Level) checking. This means around 80 pieces per 1000 Pieces order will be checked physically after removing all outer master cartons & inner cartons. For a stock pot piece,
Identified Defects are classified into Critical , Major, Minor Defects. Critical defects are not allowed & leads to rejection of the lot. Few other defects are permitted as per accepted criteria.
QC Inspector makes a report and arrive at a conclusion to accept or reject the consignment as per his findings.
